🔁 Keep the Orders Coming

A hungry family orders dish after dish. Keep serving until they say 0.

Your mission

1. Make the lists dishes and prices = [40, 30, 20, 10], served = [] and bill = 0.
2. Ask "Dish number? (0 to finish)" again and again, until the answer is 0.
3. For each order: add the dish to served, and add its price to the bill.
4. At the end, say "Your bill is Rs <bill>".
